Information you choose to provide
When you call, schedule, or communicate with Layne, you may provide your name, contact information, availability, goals, and messages. Do not place diagnoses, prescriptions, medical records, or other sensitive health details into Calendly.
Scheduling provider
Calendly processes scheduling information under its own privacy policy. The embedded calendar is not loaded until you choose to load it. You can instead open Calendly directly in a new tab.
Technical information
The hosting provider may process basic logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Layne Fitness does not currently run advertising pixels or sell personal information.

Retention and sharing
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected or as required by law. It may be shared with service providers that operate the site or scheduling flow, or when required by law. It is not sold.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information held directly by Layne Fitness, subject to legal retention requirements. Until a dedicated privacy email is published, use the phone number listed on the site.
Security
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Layne Fitness uses a limited-data approach and avoids collecting medical information through the website.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. Coaching purchases by minors require involvement from a parent or legal guardian.
