Coaching scope
Layne Fitness provides general fitness and nutrition education and accountability. Services are not medical care, physical therapy, medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, prescribing, or emergency support.
Eligibility and safety
You must be at least 18 to purchase coaching unless a parent or legal guardian signs the applicable agreement. You are responsible for obtaining medical clearance when appropriate and for stopping activity that causes pain, dizziness, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, or other concerning symptoms.
Results
Results vary. Layne Fitness does not guarantee weight change, muscle gain, performance, health outcomes, or a specific timeline. Your effort, consistency, health, sleep, nutrition, environment, and other factors affect outcomes.
Pricing and payment
Coaching scope and pricing are explained after the initial consultation. Any purchase is governed by the written offer and payment terms presented before payment. This website does not currently process payments.
Scheduling
Scheduling is provided through Calendly. You are responsible for selecting the correct time zone and providing accurate contact information. Rescheduling and cancellation expectations will be explained with the coaching offer.
Peptides and medical products
Layne Fitness does not sell, prescribe, dispense, fulfill, or recommend peptide products through this website. Educational content is not a recommendation to use any drug or substance.
Intellectual property
The site copy, graphics, plans, and brand materials belong to Layne Fitness or their respective licensors. A purchased coaching plan is for the client's personal use and may not be resold or publicly distributed.
Limitation
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Layne Fitness is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date above shows the current version. A qualified Texas attorney should review these launch terms before paid coaching begins.
